Our team is fully registered with the City of Cape Town and follows all guidelines for compliance, as outlined by the Water Services By-law (Section 14(1)) and the Wastewater and Industrial Effluent By-law (Section 2(2)(a)).
Our licensed plumbers provide comprehensive property inspections to ensure all plumbing work meets regulatory standards. Upon completing the inspection, if all systems are compliant, we issue a signed Schedule 4 COC. In cases where issues are identified, we provide a detailed quote for necessary repairs to bring the plumbing up to standard. Once the required work is completed, the Schedule 4 COC is finalised.
