I would like to commend your company for an OUTSTANDING job ! Waking up with no hot water along with all of the marital joys this brings along just started my day off in the wrong direction . Monster Plumbings quick and efficient service was greatly welcome early this morning and the work carried out was immpeccable! The main reason I am emailing you is to let you know how impressed I was with Charl de Beer and Freddy Bodenstein. I have been living SA for 13 years and have NEVER encountered two more polite and courteous workers EVER !!! Your guys worked until very late on one of the hottest days of the year, and after they had packed up all of their equipment, they cleaned every trace of their presence in our house....not even a fingerprint was left.
Customer service and attention to detail are rarely ever seen,it is refreshing to see that they actuallly do exist !

On behalf of the prefects of Table View Primary School I would like to thank you very sincerely for the beautiful T-Shirts you donated.
The learners (and educators!) looked very “cool” in their green T-Shirts which were worn at our weekend camp. We hope to wear them for various prefect activities during the year.
This is the first time a firm/company has sponsored T-Shirts for the prefects and we appreciate your generosity.
We will be placing a photo in the local newspaper and your sponsorship will also be mentioned on our website www.tableviewpromary.co.za and in our school magazine.

A quick word of thanks for the services received by Monster Plumbing on Saturday 17th July 2010.
As a Capetonian I am so used to being disappointed by shocking service received from any service provider I deal with across the board.
I was amassed at the friendly assistance from initial phone call (Angela) to the professional/clean efficient repair of my problem by Renier and his apprentice/assistant.
It was a pleasure dealing with Monster plumbing, not only will I make use of you again; I will recommend Monster Plumbing to all friends and family.
